Are you a non-EU hosting services provider offering services used for disseminating information to the EU public? 

Upon receiving supervisory authority (SA) removal orders, you must promptly remove or disable access to terror-inducing content online within one hour. Challenges to infringements of freedom of expression can be filed, but adhering to the removal order timelines is mandatory. If a challenge is successful, the content must be reinstated swiftly. 

ATCOR Reps have been mandatory since June 7, 2022. 

What do we offer?

A Lionheart ATCOR Legal Representative is a communication channel through which supervisory authorities can contact you to take action on online terrorist content removal or suspension orders. On your behalf, we interface with EU and national crime oversight bodies on ATCOR obligations.

Our primary task will be to monitor take-down orders and forward time-sensitive documents to you. We’ll provide you with our Ireland-based address so that you only need to communicate with a single ATCOR supervisory authority, rather than all 27 member countries. Additionally, you’ll benefit from the convenience of communications in English, and if necessary, the Common Law judicial system of Ireland.
